Lions International is hosting a FREE event. Children, along with their families, can enjoy Bounce Houses, Batter Up Baseball Booth, Pop-A-Shot Basketball Hoops, Crafts, Cornhole, Ladder Golf and many more fun activities sponsored by the Lions Club. For the adults, free screening for diabetes will be available, and professionals will be on-site to provide information about diabetes. The purpose of the event is to foster awareness of diabetes. Did you know: over 7 million Americans who have diabetes don't know it! Also, one third of all Americans have prediabetes but 80% of them don't know it.
