Stories in the Park

Zionsville Lions Club, Inc. is hosting its Fourth Annual Stories in the Park, a free event for preschool through grade 4 on Friday, June 6, from 10 am to noon. Attached is a copy of our flyer. The purpose of the Lions Club program is to increase literacy and to promote a lifelong love of reading. The activities will include: Reading to Clover, the dog that digs books (he also visits the library) Storytelling Brick Street Poetry Group activity Craft projects Introduction to Braille Acting out plays Read-aloud stories Exhibit from Zionsville Parks & Recreation FREE book from Indy Book Project Visit from Hussey-Mayfield Bookmobile Visit www.zionsvillelions.com/stories-in-the-park to see photos of prior years' events!
