Community Health Network

About

Ranked among the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, Indianapolis-based Community Health Network is Central Indiana’s leader in providing convenient access to exceptional healthcare services, where and when patients need them—in hospitals, health pavilions and doctor’s offices, as well as workplaces, schools and homes.

As a non-profit health system with more than 200 sites of care and affiliates throughout Central Indiana, Community’s full continuum of care integrates hundreds of physicians, specialty and acute care hospitals, surgery centers, cancer centers, home care services, urgent care centers, behavioral health and employer health services, and more. Community Health Network puts patients first while offering a full continuum of healthcare services, world-class innovations and a focus on population health management.

Community Health Network's Westfield Campus is home to a Medical Office Building offering comprehensive services ranging from cardiovascular and orthopedics to women's services, primary care, pediatrics and integrative outpatient services focused on wellness and prevention. A full-service hospital and ambulatory surgery center is under construction and will open in the spring of 2027. The hospital will offer emergency services, critical care, surgical services and Level III NICU and obstetrics.
