Description
Virtual Coffee Talks are facilitated by the Shafer Leadership Academy (SLA). These SLA programs are available to you as members of the Zionsville Chamber of Commerce through generous contributions to the Zionsville RISE Foundation.
Registration for either a Virtual Workshop or a Virtual Coffee Talk, is a limited-time member-only benefit (through August 2023). Registration is required to access a recording or to virtually attend a program. A list of upcoming virtual programs is available here.

Description: For those in Leadership or preparing for a Leadership role that involves hiring or working with young professional employees. You’ll be taught useful tools to support your young professional employees. Learn how to increase recruitment, engagement, and retention of your young professionals and how inter-generational communication can enhance company culture and productivity.
