Virtual Workshops are facilitated by the Shafer Leadership Academy (SLA). These SLA programs are available to you as members of the Zionsville Chamber of Commerce through generous contributions to the Zionsville RISE Foundation.

Registration for either a Virtual Workshop or a Virtual Coffee Talk, is a limited-time member-only benefit (through August 2023). Registration is required to access a recording or to virtually attend a program. A list of upcoming virtual programs is available here.

The goal post for success keeps getting pushed out and therefore, happiness seems to be elusive. Thanks to science, we now know happiness comes before success! Shawn Anchor, author of The Happiness Advantage attests, “Happiness and optimism actually fuel performance and achievement.”

1. Discover the happiness advantage through understanding positive psychology at work.
2. Learn seven specific, actionable, and proven patterns that predict success and achievement.
3. Identify ways to spread the happiness advantage at work, at home and beyond.
