Medical and Surgical Eyecare Facility Coming to Zionsville’s Creekside Corporate Park

ZIONSVILLE, IN (February 25, 2025) – Access to top-tier healthcare in Zionsville is expanding with the addition of a new state-of-the-art eyecare campus and future surgery center in Creekside Corporate Park. Center for Sight, led by Dr. Michael Behforouz, is relocating to Zionsville, and offering premium services to the community, enhancing both accessibility and economic growth in the region.

The planned 33,265-square-foot campus will initially feature a 20,765-square-foot medical office building for Center for Sight, with future plans for an approximately 12,500-square-foot surgery center. The development will serve as a critical resource for patients seeking specialized eyecare, offering innovative treatment options in a modern and patient-centric environment.

“Bringing high-quality healthcare like this can only benefit Zionsville and all of us who live here,” said Mayor John Stehr, “it is forward-thinking and will help us meet the medical needs of our growing and vibrant town.”

Dr. Michael Behforouz shared this about the move: “Our practice is built upon a patient-focused approach that integrates the latest advances in ophthalmic technology with the care and expertise of skilled physicians. We believe it is a privilege to be entrusted with the care of our patients’ eyes and the overall health of their vision, and it is a responsibility we embrace. We are very excited about enhancing and expanding our services in Zionsville to serve central Indiana.”

The project will be built on Lots 4 and 5 in Creekside Corporate Park, a prime location for new business growth. The Town of Zionsville has worked closely with Dr. Behforouz and his development team to make this vision a reality. The project received approval from town officials in December 2024, and all agreements were finalized to officially transfer the property for development in January 2025.

With an anticipated workforce of 35 to 50 healthcare professionals, the new campus will provide both medical and surgical services.

The development team consists of Cornerstone Companies and Podell Partners, with American Structurepoint is serving as the architect and civil engineer.
