Honors Outstanding Local Businesses and Leaders at Annual Awards Celebration

The Zionsville Chamber of Commerce marked its 65th anniversary on Thursday, February 26 with an Annual Awards Celebration, presented by Duke Energy, drawing a packed a crowd to The Cardinal Room at the Golf Club of Indiana. The event brought together business leaders, community partners, and local officials to celebrate excellence, innovation, and the continued growth of Zionsville’s business community.


The evening opened with a VIP reception, followed by networking and fellowship among Chamber members and guests. The Awards Program highlighted individuals and organizations making a significant impact on Zionsville’s economic and civic landscape.

“Celebrating the Chamber’s 65th anniversary this year made the evening especially meaningful,” said Mike Hanlon, Executive Director of the Zionsville Chamber of Commerce. “We’re proud to honor the remarkable businesses and individuals who continue to make Zionsville a thriving, connected, and innovative community.”

This year’s award recipients included:

  • Community Service Award
    The Community Foundation of Boone County
    Recognized for strategic philanthropy, leadership, and long‑term investment throughout Boone County. 
  • Start‑Up of the Year Award
    The Baker’s House
    Honored for creativity, community impact, and early‑stage growth within Zionsville.
  • Dahlia Excellence in Service Award
    Janet Mann, Chief Marketing Officer, Zionsville Community Schools
    Celebrated for outstanding communication leadership and storytelling that strengthens community connection.
  • Outstanding First Tuesday Award
    Hoosier Village
    Acknowledged for exceptional hospitality and creativity in hosting the Chamber’s premier monthly networking event.
  • Town Crier Award
    Main Street Zionsville Board of Directors
    Recognized for leadership, advocacy, and commitment to preserving the character and vitality of Main Street.
  • Business of the Year Award
    Fivethirty Home
    Celebrated for strong community presence, excellence in customer experience, and outstanding contributions to the Zionsville community.

The program also included special recognition for two individuals whose dedication ensured the success of last year’s Christmas in the Village celebrations: Tom Santelli and Eric Skutt.
